Agglomeration (Binding the Material)

Prepared fines are combined with a controlled agglomeration agent before entering the MAT compaction stage:

• During processing, moisture levels are monitored and adjusted to ensure optimal binding conditions and consistent pellet formation.
• The conditioned material is then passed through a purpose designed MAT die and press system that has been specifically optimised to work with the MAT agglomeration fluid.
• Under controlled pressure the fines are compacted into uniform, stable pellets suitable for handling, transport, and downstream use.
